Been suuuuper busy at work so posting has been shitty!! I’m on de load this week so not much to update. Yesterday hit squats
Highbar squat- 415*4*8
Front squat- 345*3*5
Box jumps 4*10
Ab rollouts-3*20

Been having some tfl pain so hoping this week off will and some stretching will calm it down.
