Joint pain
Hey bros, any of you animals have a supplement regimen to help combat joint pain? I'm 29, 5'8", 215lbs and have been lifting since I was 13. I know I've put some wear and tear on my body, and I can power through the discomfort, but any bit of advice to help me do this till I die would be much appreciated.
Thanks

Try a little Deca. When I was on TRT my doc added a little Deca to help with joint pain. Maybe 2/1 ratio Test/Deca if your on TRT.

Definitely Deca. Just a little here and there will go a long way. Or I think NPP but I think that’s an everyday thing. There is peptide or 2 out there as well.

Yes i'm on TRT, and I've heard deca helps, but I dread the old "deca dick" Haha. But I guess if I have a little caber on hand I should be fine.

yes that’s the worst lol maybe a little caber and Cialis would covet that with a lower dose of Deca. I’m not certain if NPP yields the same issue but that could be a solution if you wanted to minimize the amount of things taken.

I like npp to control joint pain. I’ve tried deca several times and it seems like forever before it starts working. So I switched to npp. I can definitely tell when I’m off of it. I can add/subtract to find the right dosage. Now I add npp to all of my cycles.

150-200mg a week? Would that be sufficient?

I'm into my 40's now and every job I've had thus far has been hard on my body so I'm thinking of running npp for the first time @50mg/ed, but my only concern is when I discontinue the npp I'm told the joint pain will feel even worse lol so maybe I'll just add nandro to my self prescribed trt! Might just add dbol too

200 Deca is a great suggestion.
I am telling you people, Species nutrition’s Arthrolyze works wonders for me and all my buddies I gave a bottle to.
I hope someone will one day confirm this on the forum.
