Thread: When to add wrist wraps

I use them when I’m in my heavier sets. Never thought about using them of ohp.

I use them when i wonder if i should use them. Seriously, if it's on my mind, i use em, just for the peace of mind

I prob should use them more as I’ve gotten older. Like you said, peace of mind
