Theres quite a few programs you could use. The cube method would work well as it keeps you able to train hard and peak all year round. The 531 as stated or ive been using the juggernaut system as of late.

My opinion on this topic is either perform good or try and look good , don't do both at once. I'm not saying be a fat cunt but dieting down will effect strength in my opinion weight moves weight. In saying that i'd follow a linear progression based program for at least the next 6 months and feel it out. Alternatively hire a good coach IN PERSON not over the internet preferably , if you can't I guess online coaching will have to do. Reason for that being if you have a coach in person they can watch how you move and make tweaks during the session rather than analysing a video from the past.

It has been over 20 years, but i did the muscle media 2k bench programs and got nice resutlts with it. I may give it a try again, but it does require working out 4 days a week and typically i can only do three.
