am a novice powerlifter, i love the big lifts but also im into mma and bjj. so ive been off and on doing bjj but it seems that if i get sore from one it affects the other's progression. Plus my legs are quite big nothing crazy(26" middle of my quad) but it is hard to use sneak them out of postions and also my hips affect me. my hips since i do alot of deads and skwat....my hips are pretty stiff. anyone else have a similar problem where powerlifting affects a hobbie of yours and how yall work around it?
