      I love EQ but it's takes a while to do anything also try joint defender by 5% nutrition. It contains all of the good stuff you want for joint support. Glucosamine chondroitin collegen etc...

      I like small dose nandrolone and as far as over the counter supps, This is my regimen:

      3 grams MSM
      1500/1200 Glucosamine-Chondroitin
      400mg SAMe
      1 tbsp Knox Gelatin{collagen protein} once or twice daily
      2000mg Tumeric{Solgar is a good one}
      2-3,000mg of omega 3 fatty acids{hemp,flax}

      These are great and cut down my joint pain considerably. They are also good for other things like triglycerides, brain, and heart health.

      I use your typical Glucosamine supp (with the rest of the stuff) and Collagen supp. Fish oil/Omega-3 is worthless IMO. Turmeric, same thing. I don't feel any different whether I'm using it or not. The other two, I don't think it does anything until I come off them. It won't help you feel pain-free, but they do help.

      NPP or Decca. Even low doses help the joints

      It’s funny you mentioned that when you came off you noticed. I recently was 4 days without my Curcumin(enhances tumeric)Knox collagen protein. I noticed a difference in joint and muscle soreness/pain. Showed me they definitely help quite a bit.

      I don’t think there is anything that will directly stop the joint pain unless you mask it.

      For me, nightly stretching really helps over time. We are always loading joints so why not do things to decompress them.
