      I really like this format. I just started my 3rd cycle and I am already working with my original maxes and still setting PR's each time out. Jim does emphasize "leaving something in the tank". I really think that is imperative in continuing the linear progression for weeks to come. But that doesn't mean you don't bust your ass as well. Thanks Flathead for the post.
