Did 5/3/1 when it first came out great program.....
I just wanted a quick clarification to make sure I'm understanding this correctly.
Wave A. Warmup, 75% x 5, 80% x 5, 85% x 5
The warmup is a no-brainer. The next three sets would be a set of 5 reps at 75% 1RM, then one set of 5 at 80% 1RM, and finally one set of 5 at 85% 1RM?
And
Squat Workout
- Squat: 5 x 10 x 50%
These are 5 sets of 10 reps at 50% 1RM?
