Have a meet this next weekend that will be a big one for me!! Fucking pumped to get on that platform and kill it!! Had some complications this cycle but managed to pull off some great training and push thru it. Hit all the numbers I wanted in my peak block so I’m feeling pretty good about this one. Managed to fix a couple old injury’s through a lot of Active recovery therapy, that helped a lot. Really finding now the more my total goes up the more recovery work is sooo fucking important!! This meet should put me right under the coveted 2k mark if all goes as planned. Want to give a shoutout to flex and rigs for helping me throughout this cycle and coming thru super fast when I needed some shit to finish off my prep. Time to deload and get into that fucking warrior mentality!!!
