      Water Weight Cut

Hey everyone, I’ve got a powerlifting meet coming up and I’m starting my cut routine. But I wanted to get advice on cutting water weight. I plan on doing the sauna, but I wanted to get some advice on methods and products everyone uses and has had success with. My plan is to start my cut now, 10 weeks out, and a week out of the meet I'll focus on water weight. Has anyone had any luck with laxatives, supplements, peptides, ect. There is a lot of advice out there on the web, but I'd rather get some real world experience from the brotherhood. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Starting your "cut" 10 months out. This sounds insane as a lifter. 10 months out the only the you should be worrying about is hypertrophy. Tons of volume grow those muscles. I'm not sure what you weigh or what weight class you compete in. Now if your a naturally large guy like me. Let say right now I weigh 300lbs and I want to get down to 119kg. Keep me out of the 120+. I can make very small macro adjustments and even be on a maintenance intake and lose fat.while.keeping my muscle for that long of a period. No need for the laxatives and things.now let's say you get down to the last few weeks and your 10-12lbs away then you start water manipulation and things. Just my thoughts. Focus on strength and worry about weight classes later

Thank you very much for the information! And that was my bad on my original post, I'm 10 WEEKS out, not 10 months, that's a bit insane. Lol.
