According to Dave Tate and other powerlifters...the bar goes very close to the chin if you pulling sumo and there wil be like an inch or so away from the chin if you pulling conventional. He said the bar will go in line with your quad. The BIGGEST dif between both pulls are more in muscles THAT YOU USE than technique. Remember that Sumo use a lot of Quad and Conventional require a lot of lower back. I will post some videos for members benefit.
