This is an awesome post my friend. Mostly because I I'm getting up on my way to the gym. And yesterday was my "box squat day" and man this exercise is key to the size I have put on my legs. Seems to take most of the pressure off of my knees when I begin to press back up. Which was one of the main reasons I feared squatting in general, didn't want to have some injury keep me away from the weight pile. But I love them now, feels like I get such a huge endorphin rush when I'm done with my sets. I like to start with my feet as narrow apart and as I increase the weight I widen my stance...man killer workout and always fun to do with a partner and really challenge one another
