I tried it probably around 10 years ago and it didn't work well for me. I actually lost size in my legs while following this program.
It is good to have an end to journey toward; but it is the journey that matters, in the end.

I have read alot about the DC program, I down loaded from BOP before all the content got deleted.I have never tried it but it makes alot of sense i think once you figure it and get used to the program it would be a great thing. Right now im finishing up an old program that i found in muscle media several years ago that works pretty good but i feel if you cant do it more than once or twice a year. Its by Shawn Phillips on how to up your bench 50 pounds in 8 weeks, I have never increased 50 pounds but currently at a 35 pound increase and im on the last week. I would post it, i have put it on an excel spred sheet but im not sure how to up load it. I may start DC training in the next couple of week and see how it does. Thanks for posting it im going to re read it again.

On this program right now, and enjoying it. Starting my third week doing the 4 day split instead if the 3 day. The stretching feels fantastic as well.

I just finished reading up on DC over on another site. I'm putting a workout together now and I'll be starting it after the new year, along with my bulking cycle.
