Yeah the important thing, like he says, is the attitude. I remember how intimidated I was when I first started out in powerlifting, by those "monsters" squatting 800 lbs etc. Thank God for the most part they were totally cool and more than willing give solid advice and help a beginner out. Sure there were the assholes, there are all kinds of people in this world, but these good guys kept me at it when I could have given up. I believe this kind of good 'karma' will make it back to you when you help someone out.
