I workout m,w,f so every week is different on this routine take 4 weeks to do 3 rotation s then I switch the set and reps

7x5. Squat. 67.5/70/72.5
8x4. Deads. 72.5/75/77.5
10x3 squat. 75/77.5/80

Take 1 deload week

6x6. Squat. 70/72.5/75
7x5. Dead. 75/77.5/80
8x4. Squat. 80/82.5/85
10x3. Dead. 82.5/85/87.5
