I want to switch my training to this method for strongman, I went ahead and got a subscription to their app to try it out, was wondering where ya'll think I should place my event training in this method, my first time using the juggernaut method and really debating where to place them, I can post screenshots of the program it chose for me to better see where the strongman implements work best.
