Yeah weird form for sure. But 500 is beastly just once!

I do dead lifts with 315 even perfect form and my back crys... I can squat 500 plus and no problems dead lifts just don't agree with my lower back

Your strength is through the roof and above average no doubt.
But you are doing to hurt yourself with that form. Not a question of 'might' but 'when' ..?

im not plannin on moving up in lbs.. i want to get it to where i can do 4 x 12 with 500 then ill slowly move up from there

well i figure if i can dead lift that much and then bench 315 for 4 x 12 ill be strong enough...
