thanks yall.. the form sucks but when i go for high reps it does that ... my goal by the end of this year is 500 for 4 x 12

yeah u wanna get that form dialed in early on otherwise it's gonna play havoc on your back, and if you compete you won't get the lift if you don't lock out. I can tell you what works for me is doing rack-pulls with heavy weight as you can using wrist straps. My deadlift took off doing those every other week and I'm now at 425 weighing 165, my competeiiton weight. I wanna try to pull 500 at a nationals meet coming up this month.
