I think that this is a stage in our life's. Everybody want to hit the gym hard everyday just to figure it out (sometimes too late) that training must be plan, meticulous and with specific goals in mind. Smart training is equal to hard training...YES, YES, YES...

Anything I say is for entertainment purposes only. I do not condone the use of illegal supplements, nor do I use them myself.

Thanks for the video. I really need to get a few more different sized plates in my (home) gym as they are on dumbells a curl bar and barbell and sometimes I'll go up weight just for convenience. (Example... in my all in one gym to do tricep pushdowns, each plate is 10 or 15lb (I forget - I've been cutting and busy away with work for 4 months) so sometimes I will go from 14 reps down to 8 with bad form for the last two reps to go up a plate. I prefer to go for reps before extra weight myself as the minute your form suffers, other things start going wrong and other muscles start getting used. However people say extra reps don't build more muscle like extra weight does. An interesting topic nevertheless!
