      Day off of doing absolutely nothing. I can't, I can at least do some hanging leg raises. I don't like feeling I'm wasting. For sure my mood is heightened. I'm not sure if Test is giving me the encouragement or a combination of test and cutting but I spoke my mind this morning. Yup it was a quiet ride afterwards. Lolol

      Back to work today. Clen, Var and yesterday was my dose of Aromasin. Early morning fasted cardio. Later this morning were biceps, triceps, abs and deadlifts. It has been several years since I did a deadlift. My max was 180lbs. Today I did 10 reps 225 and another set at 225 but only got in 6 reps. This was after my first 2 sets at 140lbs. Feeling stronger by the day. I was told my abs are coming back in. Yes! Continue to push and knock out this fat.

      I find morning fasted cardio most effective. Been doing Pwo HIIT 10 min followed by 20 steady state. Going to start adding in fasted morn on my off days. Phen IMO works much better than Clen. Just a thought for when your build a toletance.

      I am actually enjoying fasted cardio. I also throw in a little HIIT from time to time. It has been effective along with Clen. I will be starting phen on Saturday being Friday marks 2 weeks in clen.

      Clen, Var, 30min fasted cardio, abs, stiff leg dead lifts, calves, box step ups, hamstring curls and shoulders. It wasn't as bad as I thought. I was able to push through. 4 sets of 10 increasing the weight each set. Definitely stronger.

      You know what’s up. Not sure if u have taken phen before. It will kill ur appetite. I still try to get in my 6 meals but keep it low low carb. Pre/pwo. Otherwise it’s protein/veg( usually a salad) and I add I tbsp olive oil, 3/4 balsamic, tsp dijion must.
      Basically though portions won’t be as much and u won’t snack here and there or need a cheat meal. I got a 6yr old and it’s fricken hard cause of all his snacks, lol.

      IMO it is far superior to clen. Just lots of water( like 2 gallons day), a fiber supp, ruffage( greens/ veg) and melatonin/ valerian help u sleep.
