      guys use slin pins so you dont build a lot of scar tissue up from sticking yourself with harpoons...plus who doesn't like a 29g .5 inch vs a 22g 1.5 no brainer good info riggs and guys use warm water or heating pad to get oil warm to thin it out honestly it has changed pinning for me...good spots good gear thin smooth oil....yes please

      Hellzyah brother......I'm happy to help.......I threw it together while out running errands so if you have any questions let me know......I was surprised how many guys, while I was laying out a cycle plan for em, had never heard of pinning VG. I have to force myself to use other sites because VG is so smooth and easy to reach.

      Good info as always ski.....

      I'll add for the new guys....be sure to get in to the muscle when using a 1/2" this can be achieved by hitting a lean muscle like delt, quad (if your legs are lean), calf, trap, bi, tri and upper chest. I use a 27g for these lean muscles or a 25g 5/8" is a good choice as well. Over the yrs scar tissue buildup can be an issue so hit a lean muscle with a 1/2" or 5/8" as often as possible. For me if I don't hit these lean muscles regularly they can hurt like a mf'r so I rotate on a schedule.

      For VG and glute I use a 23g 1 1/4" and I'm g2g. For some reason I 25g 1 1/2" takes longer and I'll stsrt to shake so I go with 23g and it's perfect for me.

      Hahahahah ohh man that's no lie bro.....our Tren base will fucking hit your ass hard man......my wife would walk around the corner and there I am huffing and puffing, rubbing and limping around saying oooohhhh shiyuuuuuut under my breath! LMFAO But yes well worth the burn.

      Our Test base isn't near as bad IME.

      God damn your a beast idk how you guys pin daily with those big fuckers I hit everywhere with slin pins chest arms calves....I googled a long time ago steroid injection points and was pleased I'm a pretty lean guy so it's easy to hit muscle with the .5

      I don't carry much bf but I do have fat on my glute and have to get thru it with at least a 1". High mg injections like when I pin 2cc of Lean Mix (600mg) + 1cc of EQ I have less burn when I get deeper in to the muscle. And maybe it's just an old habit.

      I always refer my new guys to his website....
