      I compete in bodybuilding, don't try to lift big but strength just happens to come with the territory for me. I've ran cycles with several different methods. One I've gone as high as 2g of tren. Honestly man its not about the dose its about the amount of work you wanna put in. My lower dose cycles tend to be the most productive. They happen to be the most well planned and share the most synergistic relationship. Usually comes from things like tbol, halo, test, etc... I'm done killing my body with reckless shit.

      As for PR's its been a while. I did arms last night and close gripped 405 for 6. I usually hit the 180's or so pretty easily on flat bench. Idk I'l have to mess with it again soon. Maybe after May when I'm not dieting I'l go back to some good strength training. 600 is pretty doable, Its just my shoulders that probably cant handle it.

      6'1. Right now I'm like 250 I guess. Maybe 245. Goal is 225lbs 25 more lbs to go

      Interesting, what do you consider lower dose cycles?

      Currently running 200mg test 400mg primo wich was just at 200mg ew 50mg tbol.

      About 10 weeks out or so primo bumps to 600 tbol is gone. Tren is added at 250mg ew

      5 weeks out test is swiched
      Winny is added in at 50mg ed. Anavar as well possibly. Tren continues at 250 primo at 600

      If I'm offseason I still don't push anything above 500. Infact I run usually 200 test and that's about it.

      Like I said I tried the crazy approach and would run shit high dose till the cows came home.

      I never run more then 2gs total of gear a week now. I push insulin allot now though. Currently sitting at 260 off season. Avi pic was 235.

      Last cycle I was hittin 5x 355lb for sets of 5 which was up from 315 before. Also, squats were 405 for 5 sets of 5. I was taking 300mg test e e3d wks 1-10 and 50mg dbol daily gained 20 lbs and stayed at 8%bf. This cycle I'm taking 80mg tren A, and 70mg test p and 50mg dbol daily. I don't know if my strength isn't there but my joints won't let me hit the 355, I'm stuck around 335 depending on the day, sometimes 315 is all I can muster if my shoulders ain't cooperating! First time doing Tren, I thought it was supposed to make me a monster? Aesthetically it is but the strength department could be a little better!

      I have never done high dosages. Usually do 600mg test, almost always run Mast at 400-600mg, and run deca at 500 mg. this last summer I ran 600mg of sust and 400mg of tren. I was benching 385x6 and squatting 455x6. I'm usually around 220-230 lbs and I'm 5'8." The only AAS I have run high imo is Anavar at 90 mg per day. I also need to mention that I am very gyno prone and can't take high amounts of test.

      Same boat. I always keep test low and let the androgens talk if I blast the. Even the. I keep it on the lower side now.

      Comes down to the drug too and the quality. I've ran var at 120 and was a walk in the park. I've also ran var at 60 and damn near looked like a stone gargoyle and couldn't move my muscles.

      Same goes for tbol. Gone to 100 before and thought it was cool. Now I'm at 60 barely holding on lol.
