      honesty/doses

      Ok guys, lets be honest here... I compete in strongman and strength competition's.... I want to here your real doses... Now i know that making my own gear makes it more affordable and able to take at doses that i need to WIN!!!!..
      I won my underground bench competition with a 600lb bench press...

      I will tell you guys what i take and at what doses...

      First i would like to here some of your strength or weight gain accomplishments with what you were on and what was the doseage?..

      Dont be shy.. Honesty is everything... And i cam assure you that strong man doses are insane and higher than any other athletes... I will tell you my monsterious doses.. But first lets here yours...

      The biggest weight gain I have ever had was off gram of tren e 1200 test cyp 100mg dbol and ran deca I think it was at like 600mg I know people say not to run 2 19nors but it works for me weighed almost 220 and for me that's big cause I'm a lean guy

      I mainly train martial arts, boxing, kickboxing and grappling. So my weight training and aas revolve around how hard I'm training at the time. Still new to aas so I am still experimenting with what and at what dose I can run my gear and still be able to train both martial arts and lift weights. Tren doesn't seem to work for me, kills my cardio. So I stick to deca and test. Test at 400mgs every three days seems to be working nicely. Deca I run at 300mgs every three days as well. I've ran eq at 800mgs a week with anavar 50 mgs a day and test at 800mgs and it worked out pretty good also. I prefer deca though for my joints. My bench is usually around the 300lb mark (I weigh 168) and squats are around 275+ depending on how hard my sparring nights go. Deadlifts are around 260. I train for endurance at the moment so my weight lifts fluctuate. I plan to do a weights only bulking cycle in June for a few months and back off my high cardio training. Not sure which direction I will go with my training after that. I have trained with all weights and no martial arts and I missed my sparring and grappling. Probably do it till I am too old too enjoy it. It's what I love about weight training. You can do it so many different ways and get different results. I have been training for many years and at 42 this September I couldn't imagine a life without it.

      I hit 350 the other day for a few don't lift super heavy can deadlift over four but im lifting a lot lighter these old beat up bones need a break

      I hit a 345 bench for my best. At 190 5'9" 8%. That was on about a gram of tren, 1100 eq, 900 sustanon and 100 drol. But im more concerned with aesthetics and dont really have strength goals, although I like gains in that department as well
