I compete in bodybuilding, don't try to lift big but strength just happens to come with the territory for me. I've ran cycles with several different methods. One I've gone as high as 2g of tren. Honestly man its not about the dose its about the amount of work you wanna put in. My lower dose cycles tend to be the most productive. They happen to be the most well planned and share the most synergistic relationship. Usually comes from things like tbol, halo, test, etc... I'm done killing my body with reckless shit.
As for PR's its been a while. I did arms last night and close gripped 405 for 6. I usually hit the 180's or so pretty easily on flat bench. Idk I'l have to mess with it again soon. Maybe after May when I'm not dieting I'l go back to some good strength training. 600 is pretty doable, Its just my shoulders that probably cant handle it.
6'1. Right now I'm like 250 I guess. Maybe 245. Goal is 225lbs 25 more lbs to go :)
