with my job I get scared as shit lifting real heavy if I get hurt I'm fucked I have a banged up knee and back hurt my shoulder but right now I'm trying to find a good 4 day full body routine on my off days I'm taking in more calories and put a few more lbs on id like to hear what people think about full body routines

Just depends on what you are trying to accomplish? You are burning calories

Yes.. The more calories i consume, the bigger and stronger i get!!! I burn a shit load calories at my job... But thats part of the fun you get to eat more lol ... Plus when bulking ... Its fun and its a marathon not a race...take your time and enjoy the ride

I must say that when i do compete.. I only usally run 2 compounds.... I switch them up alot but on my best and strongest lifts has always been on any test and deca or npp.....some times ill throw in anadrol and halo for a meet

I know everyone loves tren... But i truley get bigger and stronger on deca... And i feel better...deca and npp are my favorite drugs...

I'm the same way with NPP.... Definitely my favorite compound (tbol is my favorits oral)
This game isn't for everyone, being big and bloated doesn't make you the man, nor does being 110lbs ripped. If you are not competing, find a happy medium. I was thin once, learned all there was to learn about steroids and got pretty big. Then learned how to eat and I got really huge.

That is a heavy cycle there, i will give my highest cycle...........3,000mg test eth a week for 10 weeks, 600mg npp for 10 weeks, at week 10 i dropped npp and lowered my test down to 1000, two weeks later i dropped it to 750... two weeks after that 500.........in till i reached 250... I ran hcg throughout, along with proviron, caber, arimiex 0.5 every 3-4 days I was biggest and strongest and leanest ever on this cycle .. this cycle i benched the 600lbs...

I would not have been able to afford taking these doses without pure raws, buying his raws is what helps me afford everything, when i have juice on hand for cheap i can afford to buy more food and grocery's to get big as i want, on this cycle i was eating 10,000 calories.... Also i have way more money for me and the family to do more fun things...
