1.Shipment: regarding to the high sized rate,we find a new good shipper that can ship by Hongkong EMS and EUB. This will solve the high sized problem. The sucessful rate is more than 80%.The ship frieght of EUB is cheaper ,we usually ship not more than 1kg in one bag,but EUB maybe a little slow,it will take about 12days ,more or less. EUB is very cheap.Hongkong EMS is usually faster,it will take about 3-4days,but it is little expensive. some time we also use UPS.


2.Our resend policy: We make a new price list include the resend pack. in the ;ist the price in green and do not have another price behind means if it is sized we will resend for free. the price in red usually have another price behind means that if it is sized we will chargge for the behind price and resend again. if it still sized for the third time we will resend for free for one time.


3.Regarding to our payment:We accept WU ,Moneygram ,Bitcoin and T/T as the payment.


4.Which country we can ship? Of course USA we always can ship for many years, but now we also can ship to Canada and Austrilia those two difficult counntry.


5.Regarding to the HGH,now we also can ship HGH.
