      I am and it does benlash up making eggs and toast doing 4 whole eggs with 2 whites and 2 real whole wheat toast dry

      Work out Tuesday was chest and stretched a ton

      Pushups: 20 sets starting at 20 going down to one

      Bench press: 6 sets of 10

      Incline db press: 3 sets of 10

      Fly machine: 4 sets of 10

      DB flies flat bench: 3 sets 10

      Champagnes: 3 sets 10

      Wide grip pull ups: 5 sets 10 really gets outer chest

      Weighted dips: 15 down to one go up to 45 plate and 35 plate hanging from belt

      Few sets of Pushups to finish chest

      I always do calves 5 days a week so did calf raises

      Food for day:
      Chobani Greek yogurt with nuts and honey as a snack
      2 protein shake's one mid day one after workout
      6 eggs with toast for bfast
      Homemade venison chilli will eat twice it's so good and healthy packed full of beans and meat
      Snacks will be:
      Chobani yogurt again
      Granola bar ◊2
      Banana
      Cheese stick
      Apple sauce
      And whatever else is on lunch box
      Then whatever the wife cooks for dinner


      I will try and eat very healthy will it only be chicken and rice
      No but there will be a lot of chicken and rice...

      Probably won't post meals everyday as it gets redundant

      Your meal plan is very similar to my own.

      Thanks Electro for following my diet will be really healthy with a good variety of food if I eat nothing but chicken and rice I get so f****** sick of even looking at it that it just makes for a misery when you're on a cycle versus really enjoying it and I'm not obviously competing so for me enjoying the food I eat because I have to eat so much of it really helps the monotony of it the Chobani yogurt really is a great little snack I really enjoy eating Greek yogurt

      Oh yeah and champagnes are dumbbell press where you keep your hands together dumbbells touching push straight up from your chest and at the end of the movement push your wrist upward works on the top of my chest I don't know where the name Champagnes came from I think one of my buddies started saying it so it's just kind of what we've always called them

      And I didn't put weights down because to be honest I wasn't paying attention to wait this morning I was just doing really slow controlled movements I'm focusing on every lift being a good clean lift as I get my body back into it adding some more weight
