just go do what you normally buy time it down a bit.
dont eat like a pig at eat time , just keep light snack all night.
save your big meal for pre dawn.
drink as much as you can , even though that is a bit hard.
dont be tempted by all the good shit everyone else is eating.
but wait and watch people's faces and lack of energy after eating , and witness the food comas, you'll be glad you took it easy.
your mostly gonna lose water , not muscle .
i don't fast for about 5 or 6 years now cause of medical issues.
