I don't have a religion or a faith. I do not insist that God does not exist because I think it is the same as insisting that God does exist. If someone bashes me to adopt their religious beliefs then I am going to resist and point out that I only advocate looking at evidence. But if there is a prayer group at the hospital that come to the bedside of the sick I won't give them a lesson on epistemology.
As an aside, there is a group sort of pejoratively referred to as 'the new atheists' who have taken to forcefully advocating atheism. When you look more closely, they do advocate a kind of religion, namely that of a State religion. They tend to defend whatever the State is up to. That seems to be a lot more dangerous since it is the State that overwhelmingly exercises power.

The weird part is, I used to be a Christian, and I wanted to be a better one so I decided to read the bible (well audio book it...lol) so for like a week I listened to the bible word for word from front to back. And that is when I thought to myself "What bullshit!" and lead me to research more and the more I looked for answers the more clear it came to me.
Again this is my personal feelings, not an argument or a debate in anyway. But I am always open to talk about it. And by the way if I had to choose a "religion" it would be Buddhism. There is a religion that really teaches love. If you've never looked at it, check it out.
I was christian, sadly i feel this religion births atheism since its untrue and tricks desperate people. After years of studying I am a Noahide. Maybe check it out.

I was raised a Seventh Day Waterskiist but I was struck down by a blinding light on the road to Cypress Gardens and converted to Frisbeetarianism. Now I believe when you die, your soul flies up and gets stuck on the roof.

Christian. With a lot of faith. Would like to keep this thread going and also ask if it is fine with OP if people can give examples of their fair being proven true, like real life experiences that they believe are associated with their religious preference. Acts they deemed divine!

The only blasphemy that will not be forgiven is blaspheming against the holy spirit and in southern baptist denomination's beliefs that is to die having not been washed in the blood of the lamb.
Every page of every thread on the forum has some sort of debauchery and all sin is equal in the eyes of God...
In accordance with southern baptist theology, no smart ass intended. I am southern baptist by birth.

Divine acts...
Woke up on a giant ball traveling 19 miles per second at an aveage suface temp of 72°f. Ate a bananna while cracking chicken embryos onto a thermally conductive "pan". I then added salt so that my tasre buds would appreciate the miracle more.
I could go on for days but science would say it is coincidental and that 0+0= UNIVERSE....
