In Australia - Queensland it's legal, everyone gets tested both clients and workers. workers get tested frequently as well to ensure everyones safe. Plus the government makes money out of it. It really makes a difference when you at least know the people doing this are safe, or would you rather people get STDs?

bit of an old discussion but I thought it was legal in all states here in OZ. Some states just have more stringent testing for the workers themselves.
