I couldn't imagine those hours again. It was only feasible as a consultant. Even then I worked every day. I prefer my 14hr days. Work is a vacation if you enjoy what you do.

Let's see, I get paid for a 9 hour day and with 20 people in my group, we probably average 2-3 hours of actual work. If we worked 6 hours, human nature says we might continue to do 2-3 hours of work in the beginning, but eventually it would end up being 1-2 hours of work.

i could see a 6 hour work day. the problem i see is would the employee in the us really be more efficient? would employers be able to increase salaries a bit to offset the loss in two hours of wages per day? would this become the normal full time work week and thus make benefits fully available? just some thoughts.

      Kind regards,

I TOTALLY AGREE OPS, but some don't do what WE do, after thinking about it does kind of matter what the work environment is, at least thats my opinion.

I also read that they do 4 hr sessions of school this helps children not get over stimulated or given TOO much work.
