I have a desk job (accountant) and all that sitting causes hip strain and shortens my hamstrings. I set alarms to remind me to get up and stretch but sometimes I am in meetings and cannot do that. So I would have to say that my career choice definitely impacts my training.

Engineer so I kick it at a desk most of the time unless im out on-site. But I normally get in around 730 and spend 1.5hr at the gym at lunch.
