Great thread!! I just saw this!! I will add some Zen. Idk if you have it but, on YouTubetv they put on 15 seconds or 30 seconds of zen instead of a commercial sometimes, I swear it is really cool. I actually am silent during it

I listen to ambience while I lift, I just find a 10hr one that has nice angelic tones or nature sounds over isochronic tones and just try and find my peace.
