Man so true, I have my times where I forget to do the things he says. Especially yesterday, but last night I danced with the pain for a while gave it it's appropriate time, I entertained the depression for a day but it's time to get back to the schedule and get some work done around here today. Already got my workout in, breakfast cooked and ate, and talked with the ex about things that need done paperwork wise and didn't entertain any ill feelings just kept it neutral and on task during the conversation so stacking them Victories already today. GET SOME!
