      Is it me, or is gagging down a 1/2 cup of plain oatmeal in water, and 8 egg whites just harder some mornings than others??? Like a plate and bowl of snot today for this guy!

      Oh man I get that! I add 1 pack stevia to my steel cut oats every morning. Otherwise I dunno how long I would make it.

      Do you salt your egg whites or just go in hard and raw?
      Just a little guy gonna get big...

      I try not to add salt to anything now. I use salsa or or ketchup on them most of the time. Out of salsa so decided to get in the bareback!

      Have you ever tried overnight oats? There are a ton of recipes online to play with and adjust to your liking. I like making them with just enough milk so that you can start to see it in the bowl, 2 scoops of vanilla or strawberry protein powder and then some fresh peaches cut up. I haven't made it in a while, but I think I'll be doing that tonight! It's seriously delicious. Whatever you decide to use, cover it saran wrap and put in the fridge...no cooking or anything like that. In the morning, the oats soak up the liquid you used and they are good to go. They are a little more chewy than regular oatmeal, but I really like the consistency.


      Edit:

      Oh, and it's a cup or two of oats... I actually forget how much I used in the past. I think most times I just eyeballed it once I get the sense for how much space it all takes up in the bowl. Again, you can play around with whatever works for your calories/macros

      Ok guys today was my second Shoulders and legs day of the week. So I decided I would go for a bicep injection with this Spectrum Test E. I normally stay away from biceps. Been a toss up how it goes. For the purpose of this log and just to find out how Spectrum would feel I went for it. Back loaded 1ml 250mg into a 28g slin pin. Smooth as silk. No pip, no redness, no soreness, no complaints.

      That’s nuts man! Totally sketched out about trying delts, much less biceps. Seems like you’re a friggin pro with those insulin needles.

      StateSide, you crack me up man! I think you are probably a real life good dude! Anyways I am not a pro at anything, lol! Since I decided to make a commitment to this hobby I have tried to learn to pin more spots as I go along. There is a good read in the archives about different site injections. I think PAIN put it up actually. It’s got a link to a site with good illustrations. I will go find the link and post it here in a few minutes. Thanks for your overly kind generous comment though.
