      Um I'm all over the place bro and gotta keep a set schedule next 2 weeks cause ill be posting bloodwork so has to be accurate cause sometimes I only do 1 shot in 7 days and next week I'll do 2 shots. I do sub q injections. .5 each pin so its 100mg per pin cause its 200mg test cyp. I aim for 200mg week but dosent work out all the time. I gotta purchase uncapped test this time cause I was doing same thing last time would miss shots here and there and was doing 250mg week SP labs test e and had 1500ng/dl but was capped test and I like to see exact numbers.

      Nice squat sesh today.
      Worked up to 505x3 then a back off set of two
      Moved very well. Probably had 5 maybe 6 in me.
      Back feeling much better

      After that did 3x 12 ďsissyĒ squat machine
      3 one arm dB carryís
      2 sets hamstring curls.

      Also pinned another cc of test today. Missed the Friday shot cause travel for thanksgiving.

      Probably gonna do back and biceps Tom, then bench Monday and Iíll pin .5cc each day instead of the whole Cc on Monday cause I do better with smaller shots.

      Noticed my libido has been down and that I donít really get random boners/morning wood anymore.

      Pretty sure my estrogen hasnít recovered yet from crashing my estrogen in hopes to remove gyno. Although itís gotten better itís still small bb sized lumps. But none the less Iím sick off walking around with crashed estrogen.

      Gonna lay off the aromasin for about 5 days then bump my dose down to 12.5 eod see if that solves the issue.

      Maybe the new Raloxifene will work better than nolvadex. For gyno

      Probably will pull bloods in about two weeks just to get an idea whatís up with the estrogen.

      Took a couple days off of the aromasin, feeling much better. Will bump dose back to 12.5 eod and then adjust based on bloods.

      Just finished the first bottle of test.

      Going to start a new high volume bench program on Friday to try and bump the bench up.

      Yesterdayís workout was pretty solid did a 4x4 paused bench at 335.

      Dude itís all over the place. Canít really figure it out lol. Sometimes I flip over nips and go 25 eod. Sometimes 12.5 eod.

      Most often usually 12.5ed cause I find it easiest to just take half a tab in the morning otherwise I forget and the dose goes all over the place.

      Cycles are usually 500-750 test with about 300-500 of eq or deca/npp or an oral.

      Back is feeling great. Rehab has been working tremendously and am about back to where I was before the injury. Anyone with lifting related back pain I highly recommend the book ďgift of injuryĒ by Stu McGill. Itl get you back up to speed quick. Iíve used it to come back for two rather painful back issues.

      Sex drive and joints are feeling better so I think I fixed my estrogen crash. Gyno still stubbornly present but itís not huge so I will continue to stick to 12.5 asin a day and 50 ralox and hope it improves. We are 6 weeks out from the meet and just finished week 3 of the cycle. I plan to pull bloods around the halfway mark so In like 1.5 to two weeks.

      Hit some deadlifts this weekend.
      Did three sets of 2 at 455. Then 1x2 475 and 1x2x500. Everything moved nice and easy, using this time to continue refining technique.
      Backed off with 3x8 light Ssb squats beltless
      4x8 pull ups
      5x8 GHR

      Body weight chilling at around 212 morning weight. Gonna need to diet off about 4lbs if 198 is gonna happen. Donít like to water cut more than 10lbs.

      Bringing the diet down to about 2500 kcal , not tracking condiments or my intraworkout Gatorade.

      Not comfortable going much lower than that cause strength is the number one priority. If that doesnít get me to 208 in 2-3 weeks we are just gonna eat to be strong, enjoy the holidays and walk in as a light 220 without a water cut. Letís see how it goes.

      Training looking like this
      Mon-heavy bench
      Wednesday- lower accessories
      Friday- light bench
      Saturday- heavy squat or dead
      Sunday- back biceps core and calves

      Did the test start to kick in fully yet? I just got some bloodwork on the test cyp tge other day and posted results. Dont forget if you post your bloodwork its 100$ credit. Just make sure you follow protocol if you do. Log is looking good. Let us know when you add the Balkan winny pills

      We are one month out. Will start using the winstrol at 50 mg a day.

      Back injury feels very good. Iíd say probably back near 100% and we are about to hit some heavy lifts in training.

      Dieting harder and weight went up. Right around the 4/6 week mark so the test is probably kicking in.

      Have been meaning to get around to getting bloods. Want to check estro as well cause my gyno still wonít shrink anymore despite what I throw at it.

      Feel free to ask any questions I whanna get this stuff to start cracking again.

      All in all did 750 Balkan test e/ week
      With winny the last serval weeks into competition 50mg/day

      Recovered from my back injury and set a new personal best total of 1516lbs weighing 209 after my water cut at the meet by way of 551 squat 391 Bench and 573 deadlift.

      Body weight increased around 10lbs during the cycle and I held condition quite well.

      Was able to put the products to good use utilizing the extra holiday calories and getting back into top powerlifting shape.

      Hope others may see this and know roids 24 is a solid lab as many others on this site, and is equipped with a very generous rep.
