      Keltic my brother thanks again for doing this for us and following through I can’t wait to see what numbers you pull with bloodwork! The new routine sounds interesting and something I may try . Being older now I can definitely see the benefits of having a heavy load day eod. I agree with having to change up routine I don’t so much do it because of being bord I like to keep my body guessing and continuing to make gains instead of plateau. Thanks again brother

      Tomorrow morning will be getting bloodwork done. Once again, i cant say enough about the quality of these products. Honest to God the best gear I've ran. So today hit legs and arms:

      Landmine squats, 5 sets
      Lunges, 5 sets
      Cable leg kickbacks, 5 sets

      Ez bar lying extensions, 10 sets, 5 second negatives

      Ez bar curls, 10 sets, 5 second negatives

      Dont know my exact body fat, but this is the leanest ive been in a few years. Weighed 184 lbs this morning. Really liking my physique right now. My goal now is to just maintain this for as long as possible. This mornings workout was arms:

      Lying ez bar extension, 10 sets with 3 second negative
      Ez bar close grip curls, 10 sets with 3 second negative
