      Updated Jintropin labs

      My last IGF was 4ius a day split dose was 585. This is my current labs, I switched to 3ius once daily. IMO Jinís are the real deal. Iím taking a little time off then I will do the nordtropin, and Omni.

      Iím thinking I might just do 2-2.5ius. But I might not Iím a greedy bastard. I will say I have the opposite problem with GH I sleep like shit on it. 3 days off and Iím already sleeping better. IMG_2526.JPG

      I for some reason sleep like shit on gh as well. Its not common but have heard others with same issues.

      Glad Iím not alone. I have an Ouraring that tracks deep, rem, and HRV as well. So itís not in my head the data is there :-)

      Damn!! Thats a great number for 3 iu's. I am also running Jin's with a IGF of 445 at 3.5 iu's. How long ago did you drop to 3?

      The CTS seems to hit at night which is usually the cause for most complaints of sleeping issues. Perhaps it has something to do with the position u sleep in. I've heard taking dandelion root helps with the water retention n therefore the CTS. Also heard some guys recommend using MHP Expel it's an OTC diuretic.
