its been years since the real oscara I knew of has been around. For your friend hopefully someone is reusing a name to drum up business...like Quality Vet Denkall etc

I heard the same thing about oscaro . There was even a video of him being taken down by LE in his county a few years ago . There's so many other reputable sponsors that your friend could have ordered from .
