      Ok Brothers, I wrote previously that I would start a log regarding my running the Trenbolone Masteron Mix 200. I have never written a log in this way before so bear with me if I provide what seems like useless information.

      I am currently on day 12 of the eod pins of the tren/mast mix (pin 1 was 06/01). This was coincidentally the 8th week of the cycle I started on 04/06 of: test e 500/wk; deca 500/wk; Mast 350/wk with a front load of dbol for 4 weeks. (hcg 250 2X wk & aromasin 12.5 eod).

      The circumstances arose to work with Flint, the counsel of some others, and obtaining the mix helped me shift gears to the look of my current cycle of: eod tren/mast mix 200/test prop 100. This is a new cycle for me as I have not used tren previously. Last pin of deca was 05/29: 2 weeks ago.

      I know we are all busy, but my current circumstances: 42 years old, job that takes 50 hours with some traveling, wife and two children (10 son & 12 daughter) who’s lives I am committed to being a part of, and I am a full-time doctoral student studying Industrial/Organizational psych. Research & writing take up about 20 hours/week. Fill rest of time with health, workouts and BOP!

      Workouts: 3 day split for the last 2 months. Tuesday nights 8-10:30 PM bi’s, tri’s, back. Thursday nights (same time) chest, shoulders. Saturday mornings cardio, legs. This may be changing as a bb buddy of mine was laughing at my split when we met to do legs yesterday.

      Diet: Seeking about 3650 calories/day. This is the main area of need for me. Poor planning and day’s filled with meetings sometimes have me around 2000/day more often than not. Not good, I know. Constant calibration.

      Sleep: around 6 hours/night. This is a significant change for me as I have been on around a 4.5-5 hour/night sleep regiment for the last 5 years or so.

      Ok….enough with setting the stage…

      I had been out of the gym for about 6.5 years before Dec of 2015 which is coincidentally when I also found BOP. I was into lifting and athletics for the majority of my life previously, but it all fell off around the time my oldest kid started school. I recommitted at the beginning of this year and started the slow ease back in until the beginning of the cycle on 04/06. I started noticing strength gains & more motivation as well as a visual change by mirror check and the comments of others.

      One thing I am always alert for is a placebo effect. If I am noticing a change I wonder if it is real or not. Since I began the mix a couple weeks ago I have been experiencing some effects such as 2 sleepless nights (lot of tossing/turning) in the last few days, sweating out of nowhere the last few days, short of breathe yesterday and some strength gains. I am, however, not sure if it the result of the product or something else. Now that the deca should be completely out of my system and the mix should be kicking in I should know more I’d think.

      So…this is the kickoff of my log and I will daily/semi-daily be posting my diet, workout, gear, and anything else I notice that seem related. I know this is long, but the frequent logs entries will not be so much.

      Sleep - 4 hours. Went to bed to get 6 and 2 hours in my son puked all over the floor in his room so we had to clean that up. Soon after the wife woke me up for sex. The current cycle plus the PSL Cialis and Viagra lately have her on another level. Sleep to grow?

      quick way to increase food in take thru out the day and not resorting to take out...

      blend 16 egg whites. 250 gms froz berries. little bit of tin pineapple (trust me) and two cups of oats... add water to create a decent consistency.. you have two full meals to take with you to eat on the go..... I tend to sip them rather than, schedule times... just blend the shit out of em...or chunks a plenty.. perfect meals leading up to a workout...
      I pretty much live on that blend..you will grow... you will go thru many eggs.. buy in bulk..
      now u could all fancy pants and add all the flax seed oils and the grains of a eastern himalayian tribe that live for thousand years.. waste of money.
      blue berries, broccoli, they got ya back...
