      Hi guys,
The mrs asked me to find her a new powerlifting program for her meet her current lifts are squat 145 deadlift 175 and she has a 75 bench (kg) what are the pros and cons of this program and what should she expect to see strength gain wise.

I believe we have the book in our library. I'm pretty sure I uploaded it. I have never used the method but I know quite a few lifters at my powerlifting gym who rave about his programs. Strength wise all depends on the work you put in and how you react to the program. If she is new to powerlifting, then I would expect to see a big jump in her strength gains.

There are several programs online and would be ideal for you to research periodization mule peak programs.
Recently one of the ladies I coach/mentor to I put her on the Fred Hatfield periodization 16 week program, by the end of the 16 weeks she totaled 55 pounds over her last meet.

Good stuff and glad to see that there are other ladies in the Power lifting sport..
