      Well brother that all depends, each and everyone of us are different and respond differently to diets. If you want help I would start by tracking everything you eat for a few days using the myfitnesspal app and then post up so that guys can make suggestions. It would help to know your goals/training/sups(if any) as well...Good luck!!

      Lean meats (fish, chicken, turkey, lean red meat)
      2-3 searvings veggies daily (I like the frozen bagged stuff, no sodium and just steam a little as needed)
      healty carbs (rice, sweet potatoes, whole grain breads and pastas)
      Healthy fats (olive oil, avocados, almonds)


      after er that it's basically dialing in how your body responds to how much of each group, which is the fun part lol
