Cardio during growth phase?
Hey guys, I was listening to guru George Farrah and he said that he suggests 20-25min cardio during the off season to enhance nutrient absorption, therefore allowing faster growth. Has anyone used this first hand? and if so how did you transition into a cutting phase?. He also states that his clients do not do more than 20-40 min cardio during contest prep. However they are obviously heavily assisted.

Agreed. Easier to go from ~12% BF to 8% than letting yourself go to ~18% then trying to get shredded. Any extra muscle gained while getting fat will be lost while desperately trying to get shredded after letting yourself go. Added bonus, it's also healthier remaining relatively lean.
