Menstrual Cycle and Water Retention
My girl has started leaning out nicely this past month everything seems to be on point with her diet but as of a day ago she added 3lbs. Could this be due to water retention from her menstrual cycle which she did start today? Her water intake is min a gallon a day. She does have a cpl compounds in effect var at 5mg ed and clen. Could the menstrual cycle be our culprit? And if so are there ways to combat it? Thanks!

Yes I think it could. My wife has her cycle on var and she also holds water on var but yes I think it could be from cycle. I was going to say don't worry about it but im not doctor

Yea especially right now.
I just asked my wife she said yep she said she probably gained more than 3 lbs during her cycles very bad bloat

Yes, my wife says yes. Easily gain 3 lbs of water during a menstration cycle. You could try a diuretic to shed the excess water.
