Letrozole is a Type-II Aromatase Inhibitor (AI), meaning it competitively attaches to the aromatase enzyme and then suppresses the enzyme’s capacity to metabolize testosterone into estrogen. This substance was developed to combat cancers of the breast by curbing the aromatization. letrozole


When we take a look at its effects in males, letrozol actually reduced estrogen in a test subject to undetectable levels.
