Well.....at least thats what I think. I LOVE it. Heres a page that gives the do's and donts of Sushi!!!!!!!! Very informative. I eat it 3x a wk since World Record holder Jesse Kellum who Ive been lucky enough to train with before told me thats his secret!!!!! Now Im sure it isnt "the" secret to his super human strength but many big time BBers swear by it too. AND its delicious!!!!!!!!!!!!!
