Humalog post w.o.
5' 8.5" 200lbs, 12% BF (roughly)...we'll see what happens when i'm done with this DNP cycle.
Anyways.....
I'm wondering, is the dosage for Humalog the same as Insulin-R type, just a quicker onset/shorter duration?
I've been pinning 5iu humalin-R post lifting, then doing cardio for 10 mins, showering, then downing my shake. Works great for me, onset is just right for the initial hit of R.
Should I try like...2iu of humalog post workout and just work my timing before I up it to 5iu?...or can I keep the same carb ratio i've been using, just drink immediately
thanks brothers, any help is appreciated

I would down my drinks right after injection.. I've climbed to 10ius but seems ratios can change depending on many factors and I have went near hypo a few times. Pop a few glucose melting tabs few mins later your fine but not dialing it in right like this without gh can make ya put the pounds on in a hurry by over eating. By starting at the lower dose and working your way up you'll be able to dial in what ratio works for you.. Best time to take the protein Glutamine any muscle nutrient you'll definitely feel it. Back in the 90s we had fun with it. Be careful

Yes. Yes, it is.
I saw a visible size increase in my chest upon waking the next morning after training and slamming 9iu PWO.
I see it as an amazing tool for "spot growth" if you will, pinning insulin PWO after training a lagging part.

Yeah long term use not sure how it affects your pancrease or anything, but I've done quite a few runs with it over my lifetime and knock on wood I don't have any issues.. As long as your not pinning and driving and you have glucose nearby in case of emergency your not going to have any issues.. And if you do go hypo all it takes is one time to scare the hell out of you to be prepared so it don't happen again lol

Yeah, I wouldn't use it long term. I don't really need to get HUGE (My main profession is "modeling"...AKA porn...), but it's something i'm willing to use to improve my symmetry and develop a more aesthetic physique, quicker.
Definitely agree w\ you there, superbee. Glucose on hand at all times. Going hypo is scary as hell.
