im running rips brotha. hopefully this "recovery stack" can benefit other members shouldthey encounter an injury as serious as mine.

my training....ill be in rehab for my pec..so my training will be limited to cable exercises..but legs i will hit as hard as i have ever been doing..nutrition will be 50/30/20 with tons of rest. i dont plan on overdoing it.
ill let the compounds do the healing part(hopefully)

i shoulda noted that i had a grade 3 pec tear in april...so im recovering from surgery as we speak...physical therapy if everything goes well will begin in 4 weeks.. that is when i will begin tis cycle

Are you having bloodwork done to see how everything else is? like test levels

i will be doing blood work as well. im going to get levels done just before starting,mid-way and post.
