      Had a better day today mentally... felt mentally hung over from yesterdays manic style episode in the early morning hours though.. glad it didnít take over the whole day today...

      I put in the work at work and put myself into the ground though... so I decided to go ahead and hit back and shoulders at the gym to go ahead and finish them off...

      Iím honestly getting sick of cardio everyday and I feel like itís not even doing anything lol... got a little bloat going on is all... I swear I have the absolute most stubborn friggin body fat though... I mean geezus, melt off already and tighten up.. itís not going to come easy I guess and Iím going to have to want it bad enough to keep putting in the work to make it happen... frustrating, but it is what it is... Iíll appreciate it that much more I reckon. Hopefully Iíll remember the struggle when the time comes when bad choices are being considered...

      Iím really happy with the compounds thus far... The var shows up as it should and itís making me wonder if maybe I havenít needed to dose so high in the past... or if itís just the TNE and the cialis with the var combo thatís lighting my ass up... regardless the synergy is pure awesome sauce and obvious enough that thereís zero doubt what the reasoning for the added pump, stamina and energy is from. Iím catching myself watching my arms when pushing wrenches and the thickness of the veins once I put my body to work...

      Had an extremely physical day today... I sweated buckets and pushed myself to extremes... what a day... so exhausted... we put in extra hours and pushed a little harder to get the job wrapped up today. So I donít have to get up at 2am tomorrow...

      I have a weird pain in the pad of muscle on the palm side of my thumb... wtf is that? Iíve never had a pain there before lol... I wasnít aware that could even get sore! Or painful... possibly from holding my phone? Driving, from the steering wheel? Dumbbells?!? Not sure... could be everything lol

      Hit the gym and just did cardio... definitely rethinking what Iím doing here... not being a pussy.. not looking to get out of working harder... but I need to work smarter... Iím not sure cardio on work out days is smarter... Iím also not sure no rest days is smarter either... point? Iím dropping the whole cardio everyday routine... i donít think Iím eating enough calories to support it... I feel like my body is going backwards from what Iím trying to do... so Iíll go this next week without cardio every day and see what the body does in response.. as of now, not happy with how Iíve responded.

      Got a few goodies today Iím excited about. Iíve been out of proviron for a while now and definitely have noticed the results of lower free T... so a little mast should help with that department and will definitely go well with the tren ;0) SP threw in a little extra blue treat, big thank you for that!!       PS... I think Iím addicted to apple slices lol... itís making it very hard not to bring a jar of peanut butter with me to dip them in though...

      Just a bottomless pit today... starving no matter what I ate... a minute after eating I still felt starving... still feel it now but Iím done. I refuse to allow another dirty calorie in me lol... this is my fault.
