Bout to go hit back, abs, and biceps. It is amazing what one week off from the gym will do. I AM SORE AS FUCK from Mondays leg workout and last night's chest, shoulder, tri routine.
What to do when SORE? That's right, work that shit out!

That how I can tell my levels have come back down to cruise status. The recovery is nowhere near as fast when you ain't runnin a bunch o gear! Only 4 more weeks til blast off!

Honestly, it is a relief and I feel great. I was running A LOT of shit and A LOT of tren. Towards the end of a blast like that I kinda start feeling... Toxic for lack of a better term.
I cruise on 225 test c /week split Weds /Sat and 250mg deca /week (cause I'm old and shit hurts) and 50mg Proviron /day.
Mentally, physically, sexually - I feel better when cruising. It is just the slower recovery and somewhat flat feeling at the gym that I don't like.

I guess that is just my way to trying to stay positive about it. We all have to do it or pay the health consequences. Plus, the best part about a cruise is that first two to 3 weeks back on blast! SUPERMAN is BACK!
